Sometimes you just need someone to talk to, when the way you feel is affecting your sleep, your eating habits, your job, your relationships, your everyday life. People seek help for a number of reasons. It is impossible to get through life without bumping up against our insecurities, our issues, our "stuff". We are all the same in this respect.
