Another way...Nope- you need to use the silver/tar stuff because it is specially made for roofs-regular paint doesn't stick for long-it just peels off.
I recently had a "rubber" roof put on a rental. It is cheaper than shingles and lasts years and years. you might look for a company that does that! |
